How does the 50% money-back guarantee work?
We put a concrete goal in writing before work begins. Hit that goal, or get 50% back. The guarantee excludes the Bronze plan.
How long before we see results?
Month 1 is design and prep. Month 2 is testing what works. Month 3 is scaling the playbook that earns it. Exact timing depends on audience readiness and offer strength.
Do you provide the list, or do we bring our own?
Either. We can use your list, build targeting for you, or combine both. We decide that at kickoff based on your audience and data quality.
Can I just send cold email from HubSpot or Zoho?
Those tools are built for warm, opted-in email. Cold outbound on shared CRM infrastructure risks deliverability damage, and HubSpot's policy prohibits it. Furnace runs dedicated outbound capacity instead.
What does pricing include?
Plans cover managed sending capacity, with sourcing and enrichment depending on the tier. Bronze is BYOL. Silver and Gold add sourcing and deeper enrichment. Custom services like reply handling are available separately. See Pricing for details.
Who is Furnace a bad fit for?
Teams without a clear audience or offer, one-off newsletter blasts, and internal or customer-only training webinars. We only take work we believe can succeed.
